He has extensive experience in the field of strategic innovation, having advised major brands on strategic business and brand innovation, digital infrastructures, multidimensional organisational change, luxury strategy and communication, brand architecture and agile business processes.
Marco’s applied expertise is informed and complemented by his academic work at the London School of Economics (LSE), where he specialised in ecosystem structures, their dynamics, design and orchestration, as well as the establishment of associated incentive structures within them.
In his free time, Marco is an avid foodie who loves exploring new restaurants, experimenting with diverse flavours and sustainable ingredients and is always on the lookout for hidden culinary gems.
