Charles is a technologist, passionate problem solver, lifelong learner and 3x certified Salesforce professional focusing on the Salesforce platform since 2015. His experience centers on designing, implementing, and deploying solutions in the nonprofit sector from enterprise level companies with thousands of employees and well-defined governance to smaller organizations with a less structured architecture.
His main interest is on solutioning, designing and automating business processes, integrating data flows across enterprise systems, and finding elegant solutions to business problems within the Salesforce ecosystem and its adjacent technologies with a focus on efficiency and business interests before positions or asks while learning and understanding and applying a wide breadth of technologies and design patterns for various business models.
Charles was born and raised in Guatemala City and considers himself a third culture individual with Spanish as his native language and an affinity for adopting different perspectives.
