Carson’s experience is highly diverse, a result of his varied interests and intense interest in mastering new skills quickly. Outside of Quorum1, Carson is helping a Boston-based multifamily investment firm grow its portfolio from $100MM to $1B in Assets Under Management by leveraging broker relationships and various data vendors. Prior to Quorum1, Carson was the Co-Founder at Development AI, a platform helping real estate developers quickly make acquisitions decisions based on hard to reach zoning data. In 8 months, Carson managed to grow ARR from $0 to $100k in a B2B startup setting without funding.
Prior to Development AI, Carson was the systems project engineer on the $1.1B MBTA Green Line Extension transit project. Carson managed the design-build coordination for the disciplines of train control, communications, traction electrification and automation. Carson was Balfour Beatty’s sole nominee to the American Public Transportation Association’s Emerging Leaders program. Simultaneously, he served as the President of the Boston professional chapter of Engineers Without Borders and the President of the Northeast Region, where he oversaw the operations of more than 70 student and professional chapters.
Outside of professional life, Carson is an instructor at the Boston Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy and a dedicated family man.
