Yvette Pearson

Yvette is a process and operations consultant, having started her career as an Executive Assistant. She helps senior leadership teams scale their businesses through operational efficiencies and proper processes. She has worked on Business Continuity planning in virtually every business she has worked in.

She has experience in Finance, Aerospace and Utilities, and has worked for first-time managers through to experienced CEOs.

Yvette has a special ability to turn even the most complex of strategies into small and manageable steps.

When not working, you'll find her either weightlifting or gardening.
