About Travis
Travis is an author, facilitator, teacher, and coach focusing on creating impactful teams and strong relationships. He facilitates a class at Stanford Graduate School of Business on interpersonal dynamics, which is widely regarded as one of the most powerful and influential courses at GSB.
He is also the co-author of Lead Together: The Bold, Brave, Intentional Path to Scaling Your Business, which focuses on the practical steps to create a paradigm shift in how leadership and followership can effectively work in scaling organizations. His coaching style is compassionate, perceptive, and challenging and is especially useful for dealing with challenging interpersonal dynamics, including co-founder conflict.
He focuses on helping leaders build leaders at for purpose and non-profit organizations between 20-200 people. He believes that it’s possible to be more human and more impactful and that these things often go hand in hand.
