It was the Internet that captured Tonia's imagination and pulled her into technology over 20 years ago. The lure of designing and building websites led the way to doing this work for Delta and local government entities in Arizona before she landed a technical business operations role at Adobe in 2012. Tonia loves, and has experience with, all aspects of building software and leading teams, from business and product operations, to program and product management. She also sustained another side of her life as a spiritual seeker on a quest for personal growth and inner wisdom. This eventually gave rise to a desire to be of service to humanity and the earth, finding purpose in supporting people on the self-actualization path with transformational and psychedelic integration coaching. As the co-founder of energy.work, Tonia made the big leap from Adobe in 2023 to build something in alignment with her purpose and passion. Her two loves met in AI software technology formed from a deep purpose of helping people discover their unique path to well-being through holistic alternatives. She is building technology in service to love! Tonia also preserves coaching as an important aspect of her life’s work to support people on the path of developing inner wisdom, purpose, leadership, and self-love.
Tonia is a product leader and technology innovator with over two decades of experience in the tech industry. During her 11 years at Adobe she quickly advanced, developing her expertise in technical product and business operations, product management and program management. She excelled at building systems and solutions that enhanced user experiences and business outcomes. In addition to her technical skills, Tonia is deeply committed to leadership development completing 100s of hours of training herself and facilitating leadership and coaching workshops aimed at fostering emerging leaders, while cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. She is also a certified coach specializing in personal transformation and integrating insights from psychedelic experiences. Recently, Tonia co-founded energy.work, a company at the intersection of AI and holistic well-being with a mission to develop technology that supports people on a path of personal growth and development, integrating her long-standing interest in transformative technologies with her dedication to holistic practices.
