Terry Shire is a results-oriented leader with over 25 years of experience at leading Silicon Valley technology companies, serving dozens of Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. As a Senior Vice President and General Manager at Salesforce, he led a $200M+ business unit with a team of 500. Previously, he played a pivotal role in growing Vlocity as the first Customer Success leader, building global training, support, and professional services functions from scratch, Vlocity was acquired by Salesforce in early 2020 for $1.3B. Terry’s career also includes customer-facing roles at C3.ai, Oracle and Siebel.
A lifelong learner, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Limerick in Ireland and recently completed an AI course at Wharton. He currently serves as an Advisor at the University of San Francisco's School of Management, advises several companies, and specializes in optimizing go-to-market and customer success models.
