About Saskia
Saskia is a Radical Collaborator and an Optimistic Radical, currently living in Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa (Auckland, New Zealand). She is director of impact at Proxima Consulting, Sustainable Futures adviser at AcademyEx, CE and co-founder of global non-profit Match4Action and co-lead of social impact lab CrowdDoing. She combines 25+ years experience in various international senior and executive roles including as Chief Sustainability & Responsible Management Officer, with an insatiable drive to build more capability in businesses to lead the changes and action we need for a future that is socially just, economically inclusive and environmentally restorative Her skills range from change to innovation, from entreprise risk to ethics, technology, people and team culture and process improvement. She is also an experienced post graduate educator and systems thinker, focused on service learning, social entrepreneurship and closing the social innovation gap.
