About Sarah
Sarah Hurwit Gomel is a Chief of Staff with 15+ years of experience in SaaS companies and a background in operations and change management. A collaborative leader, she has worked alongside executive teams to manage strategic initiatives and the operational rhythm of the business, to launch and scale new cross-functional programs and processes, and to develop internal communications plans and alignment. Sarah has experience leading multi-layered, cross-departmental teams and scaling organizations through rapid growth and is passionate about building people-centered companies with transformative missions.
In addition to her work in tech, Sarah has served as a consultant and as a board leader to local, national, and international non-profits, leading everything from program planning to development to governance. She currently serves as President of the Association of Class Leaders Board for Brown University and is actively involved in her community in Atlanta.
Sarah graduated from Brown University with top honors in French and International Relations and earned her master’s in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. Her professional skills and expertise include: strategy and planning, operational excellence, change management, employee engagement, M&A, internal communications, DEIB, corporate social responsibility programs, and board development and governance.
