About Sarah
Sarah is a Certified Salesforce Administrator who has been leveraging Sales Cloud since 2007. She first became acquainted with Salesforce while running pipeline reports as a sales assistant for a logistics startup in South San Francisco. Years later, during her tenure at a large non-profit organization, her passion for the platform continued to grow. She piloted Salesforce Lightning before it was rolled out company-wide, and she taught new hires - some of whom had never used a CRM tool - how to effectively manage activities, create list views, and collaborate via Chatter. And, as an account executive at a fast-paced tech startup, she learned the profound benefits of integrating Salesforce with Slack, Salesloft, and other complementary applications.
Her eagerness to implement new technologies that drive growth and streamline internal processes, coupled with her background in consultative sales and teaching, gives her a unique perspective from which to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and encourage adoption. She's not only technically savvy but also detail-oriented, empathetic, and adept at communicating with various stakeholders across management, marketing, sales, & service teams.
