Robert has 10 years of in-house experience as a sales and revenue operations lead in B2B SaaS companies ranging from series A to series C. He has often been the sole operations employee or the first hire and went on to build a team. Robert has reported into the finance and sales departments and has worked closely with directors, VPs, and the C-suite. He is a Salesforce certified administrator, a certified sales cloud consultant, and has goals to attain more certifications in the future.
Using this experience, his focus as a consultant is to help companies work on, design, implement, and track their revenue funnel through a connected and accessible data ecosystem. Robert is extremely comfortable and experienced working with a plethora of systems used in the sales, customer success, marketing, and finance stack. Robert believes that with a connected tech stack and a CRM that is easy for a customer-facing team to use, leaders and individuals can have powerful insights into the success of their business as well as any potential roadblocks.
