Prag has over 12 years of Salesforce CRM experience. He ran the Salesforce Practice at CloudKettle for over five years. He is an active Salesforce MVP(2022 & 202) and was entitled as a champion on multiple streams by Salesforce(Trust, Quip and Platform Champion).
He is known for his expertise in Business Architecture, Salesforce security, Salesforce migration, Org merger, Salesforce Anywhere, etc. In addition, he acquired a deep understanding of Saas industrial from his experience.
Prag is a 5X Dreamforce speaker (2017, 2018 and 2019) and regularly speaks on Trailhead LIVE, SF admin podcast, Salesforce Webinars, etc.
Prag is the founder of Salesforce Saturday Cohort, a free 12-week training program he delivers on his own time, giving people the tools to complete their first set of Salesforce credentials successfully. As a result, he has helped over 300 individuals gain their Administrative or Developer Salesforce Certifications.
