About Michelle
Michelle is an entrepreneur and lover of all things business/adventure who got her start in the Salesforce ecosystem in 2011. Her Salesforce consulting career began in 2014, and ever since then, she has loved helping organizations increase their operational efficiency while providing seamless and exciting experiences for end-users.
Working alongside organizations in the tech, healthcare, non-profit, and retail industries (to name a few), there are very few Salesforce products Michelle hasn’t gained expertise in. She has a deep understanding of the complex requirements, budgetary needs, and government regulations (e.g. HIPAA) that often come with these industries. If there’s one goal Michelle has for every single project, it’s to build strong relationships with clients, rooted in trust and integrity from start to finish.
Michelle earned a Business Admin degree with an emphasis in Operations from Simpson University in 2012 - but, before that, she was born and raised in Baja California, Mexico, where she developed a unique worldview as a dual citizen and quickly established a love for Mexico’s culture and authentic, spicy food. Her main hobbies are kayaking, flying small planes (student pilot for now), and traveling.
