**About Meg Brigman** Meg Brigman is a startup leader with experience in both investing and operating in early stage companies. After 5 years in venture capital, she now serves as Chief of Staff at Causative Labs, at the intersection of AI and web3. Meg develops strategic go-to-market plans and optimizes operational efficiency. Previously, Meg accelerated growth as Director of Portfolio Success at ATX Venture Partners, increasing employee headcount across 27 portfolio companies and fostering collaboration through various initiatives. Meg is active in community leadership, having served on the Association of Rice Alumni Board and the Venture for America Alumni Board, and the Austin BATS Symphony Board. Meg holds a BA in Economics with minors in Sociology and Global Health Technologies from Rice University. She loves niche sports and plays on the Clan na Gael gaelic football team and the SF Tsunami water polo team.
