About Marc
Marc has pursued his vision for improving democracy for four decades in business, non-profit, academic and policy arenas. As President of Infinity Point, Marc is working to scale employee ownership across the U.S.A. by assisting retiring legacy business owners to exit to an Employee Stock Ownership Trust. Marc leads companies newly-converted to worker ownership in implementing democratic, ownership-culture best practices that develop all employees into business- and finance-literate owners. Prior to co-founding Infinity Point, Marc worked as an internationally-recognized expert in designing large-scale, multi-stakeholder action-planning initiatives. His methods for engaging all stakeholders in improving whole systems are used by government, business and non-profit organizations worldwide. In addition, Marc has been assisting African rural communities with grassroots economic development for more than 12 years. Marc also works as a trainer in interpersonal dynamics and emotional intelligence at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Marc earned his Ph.D. at Stanford University, where he pursued a course of studies in American Literature and Modern Thought.
