**About Luke Madera** With 15 years software engineering experience, Luke works at the intersection of technology and culture leadership, helping to build and scale high performing teams. Though coaching youth soccer while in high school, Luke discovered his passion for helping people be the best versions of themselves and has been coaching people ever since in areas spanning health and fitness, entrepreneurship, relationships, and Teal culture. He is currently pursuing his passions of sustainability and belonging at TealTowns, helping neighbors connect for shared meals and create walkable cities where humans and nature thrive.
