About Karl
Karl is currently the Innovation Lead at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where he leverages his expertise in digital technology and process improvement to optimise communication, collaboration, and workflows across the organisation. With more than a decade of experience in the technology sector, Karl has a passion for delivering innovative solutions and strategies that enhance business performance and culture.
Before joining KLM in June 2023, he was the first Technology Evangelist at Slack, where he established and managed Executive Programs in the EMEA region, building trust and rapport with C-level executives and industry thought leaders. He has also been recognised as a Tech Leader of the Year, a Future Face of Technology and Innovation, and a Birmingham Young Professional of the Year. Karl is also a regular attendee, panelist, and speaker at some of the largest technology conferences in the world.
