Erin has led teams in developing innovative products and cultures, delivering tangible outcomes for diverse partners including BlueCross Blue Shield, AARP, ABI InBev, Arcadia, and Liberty Mutual. Her background working with product and technology teams has seen her assisting companies in reframing their operational frameworks, launching new products, and shifting how global teams deliver value. Her contributions to academia are noteworthy; not only did she co-establish the M.F.A. program in Design for Social Innovation at SVA, but she's also currently imparting her industry knowledge to master's students at Parsons/New School.
