Clement HochartClement Hochart is a serial entrepreneur and innovator who launched 7 impact organizations including one venture studio with 40% success rate when he was running it. He is currently reinventing the Venture Studio model with a more systemic approach and by bringing new models of governance and ownership. He is leading SCOBY Collective, to bring capacity to impact companies and NGOs by staffing 2 to 3 fractional experts. They join the leadership teams of entrepreneurs and change-makers as an institutional co-founder providing fractional CXOs to help them grow and structure to scale. Few things about him:
