About Aida
Aida is a multi-country, cross-cultural expert, with extensive, demonstrable experience in high-level stakeholder engagement, complex international diplomacy, international relations and communications, and 20 years of project management experience, globally.
Aida also has extensive international experience in strategic guidance as a high-level advisor, leading senior management of government, foundations and private sector companies in improving management structure, and media and marketing strategies, working across 42 countries, including civil society organizations, decision-makers, institutes, and representatives from government and international organizations.
Aida is a University of Colorado Denver graduate with a BA in International Relations and an MA in Political Science.
- Project Manager: Experience managing and directing projects—from proposal development through implementation—on civil society development, strategic partnership planning and development, international relations and cooperation in the USA, Middle East and Europe.
- Team Supervisor: Proven manager, having supervised multi-national and diversely skilled teams and staff of up to 50. Recruited and built teams from scratch; able to gain buy-in and develop common goals to motivate staff.
- Strategic Guidance and Leader: High-level advisor, leading senior management of government, foundations and private sector companies in improved management structure, communications strategies, and international partnerships.
- Partnership Development: Building long-term relationships with international partners. Ability to develop impactful partnerships with government officials, universities, think tanks, civil society groups, PR agencies, and media organizations to further project performance.
